Architectural Manager

Architectural Manager needed for a large custom home builder. AutoCAD experience required. ADT experience and framing experience required. Full Medical Benefits, Profit Sharing & 401K included. Salary negotiable based upon abilities w/ opportunities for advancement.

Summary of Objectives:
The Architectural Manager is responsible for developing drawing procedures and systems to ensure the plans are produced in a timely and accurate manner. Plans are to be of good quality and user friendly for those in the field. The Manager should assist the Architectural Department in planning the workload to flow systematically, to avoid any bottlenecks and keep the production at an even rate. The goal is to reduce the cost of construction and increase net income through the production of good, quality plans and develop a system to continue to improve our product. The Manager must maintain a harmonious staff and direct them on an ongoing basis to ensure the environment is producing an effective department that strives to maintain the same set of standards and philosophies of the company. The Manager must continuously organize and revise systems and procedures to maintain control of problems, growth and workflow throughout the department. The Manager must also work closely with company management to develop systems for continuous improvement of the construction process.
